We worked closely with the communications and accounts managers as well as three designers on the NEO creative team to develop brand concepts for the look and feel of YMCA's brochures. We subsequently developed a set of intricate message maps for the in-house team to use, as well as re-developing the style guide. We then audited and edited the web copy for migration.
